Pest Maintenance Programs

We offer different programs designed to meet different needs. All of these programs will include a visual inspection around the home while the treatment is being performed to look for signs of trouble.

Monthly or Bi-monthly Service

This is the most comprehensive service to preventing or eliminating most pests from establishing themselves in your home. If you have significant issues this is the place to start and after the problem gets under control you may cut back the service intervals to maintain the control. This plan covers general pests and will include additional service at no extra charge if an issue should arise. It does not cover certain pests like cockroaches, fleas, bed bugs, termites or rodents.

Quarterly Service

Providing external pest control services four times per year and internal service at least once per year. This plan covers general pests and will include additional service at no extra charge if an issue should arise. It does not cover certain pests like cockroaches, fleas, bed bugs, termites or rodents. It may help these pest from becoming well established and therefore easier to treat.

Price: Starting at $35 a month

Biannual Service

Providing external pest control services twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. This service can help prevent spring invaders like ants and others from attacking your home. It will also provide a shield to help deter wasps from creating a nest. In the fall it will help prevent overwintering pests like boxelder bugs and stink bugs from entering your home.
